Its 121 lb rear rack and low twin-tube frame support balanced utility riding, while Traction Control, Hill Descent Control and Adaptive Power with Algorithm 2.0 manage power across starts, climbs and descents. 750 W Direct-Drive Power and Up to 73-Mile Range
The rear hub motor delivers up to 80 Nm of torque, giving the MUXI Pro the muscle for city streets, neighborhood hills and a loaded rear rack. Adaptive Power with Algorithm 2.0 continuously responds to rider input and riding conditions, while the 717 Wh battery supports trips of up to 73 miles.
Electronic Auto Shifting for Starts and Climbs
Speed, cadence and incline sensing select gears without requiring a manual shift command. Green Light Starts chooses a suitable gear before moving, gyroscope and cadence data adjust selection on climbs, and Casual, Standard or Sport preferences in the Segway Mobility App let riders tune shifting behavior.
Traction, Descent and Hill-Start Control
When wheel-speed differences indicate slip, the Traction Control System can adjust motor power or braking intervention for steadier acceleration. Hill Descent Control uses motor braking to regulate downhill speed, while Hill Start Assist engages after both brake levers are held for 3 seconds on an incline to help prevent rollback. Kinetic Energy Recovery captures braking energy and returns it to the battery.
418 lb Payload Capacity and Balanced Handling
Published load ratings provide up to 418 lb of total payload capacity and 121 lb on the rear rack. The twin-tube structure keeps the center of gravity low for composed handling, while 70 mm front suspension and 20 x 3.0 in multi-surface tires help absorb urban road impacts and maintain stability across varied surfaces.
AirLock Security and Connected Ride Management
AirLock uses Bluetooth proximity recognition to unlock the bike as the paired phone approaches. Apple Find My and Segway location services support remote location capabilities, while GPS location tracking and IoT/cloud binding add further connected functions.2 The brightness-adjusting TFT display presents range, assist level, navigation and phone notifications, and the Segway Mobility App supports charge checks, unlocking, sharing, Lost Mode and setting changes.
Integrated Lighting and Hydraulic Disc Brakes
An automatic 600-lumen headlight illuminates the route ahead, while turn indicators and a brake-responsive taillight communicate rider intent. Two-piston hydraulic front and rear disc brakes with 180 mm rotors provide braking control for daily utility riding.
Battery Protection and Water Resistance
The Battery Management System monitors for short circuit, overcurrent, temperature spikes, overcharging, undervoltage and over-discharge. The UL-certified eBike pairs an IPX7 battery rating with an IPX5 body rating, and a full charge takes approximately 7 hours.
